“And what is the matter with you, that you fight not in the cause of Allaah…” In the lecture Anwar Al-Awlaki gives the audience a much needed reminder, using the Qur’aan and Hadeeth, to give a solution to the humiliated Ummah. Reminding us that “our honour is in our religion” and so we should return to it, if we wish to see the return of al Islaam. And when they meet those who believe, they say: “We believe,” but when they are alone with their Shayâtin (devils – polytheists, hypocrites, etc.), they say: “Truly, we are with you; verily, we were but mocking.” (Al-Baqarah 2:14)

Green Zone Scholars refers to the “scholars” who aren’t a threat to the kuffaar and who are friends with them.

The best thing to do is to make intention to make hijrah. However in the mean time, as Imam Awlaki said in his serious “Constants of Jihad,” when Jihad is Fard-’Ayn so is preparation for it. Jihad fee sabilillah requires a lot of physical work so you should work out. Make a work-out plan doing push-ups, sit-ups, and other work-outs. It’s better to do workouts that don’t require equipment because you wont have that while in Jihad. Running is probably the most important thing in this type of warfare since brute strength isn’t going to do much against bullets and bombs. Do cardiovascular workouts daily (at least 5 days a week). Outside physical workouts, memerize the quran, read ahadeeth and fiqh material, learn about Heroes of the past (such as Khalid ibn Waleed, Salah ad-deen, Mohammad al-fatih, and others.) there is a great series by Sh. Ahmed Jibreel (ha) thats on youtube.

Yeh I totally agree the status quo is horrible and has been hanging around for too long .
If we remember the Ayyats in the Quran of Ibraheem as) when Allah swt)ordered him to sacrifice Ismael as) he found that extremely difficult but he obeyed Allah,as his Eman was that high , so it was just a test for both and they both passed because of their firm belief in Allah, desiring to please Allah and not disobey Him.
This is what we are being asked now so if we obey Allah and depend on Allah and participate in Qital then Allah will support us and can even turn away the enermies plot ,Is this Deen not marvelous, you can get the reward for your intention even if that deed is no longer called for

I would like to answer one of the question asked by a sister at the conference.
She said, in Swat Mujahideen are burning the schools and have made up their own small groups to wage Jihad, is it permissible to do so?
Sheikh did answer this, as this issue has already been discussed in previous blogs. I would like to add few more points to it with the Ijaza of Sheikh.
Mujahideen are blamed to burn the girls school in Swat.First of all please consider that these are the news we hear from Fasiq and Kafir Media and we are not supposed to believe it without verification.
Moreover, the claim is not true as Mujahideen do not burn these schools, these got in fire because Pakistani army has made bunkers and camps in these schools. One very strange fact that we hear more than 250 girls schools have been burnt- this is so ridiculous, are there only girls schools and no boys school in the region? secondly swat is a small region and it is not possible that there are 250 girls schools actually present there. These areas are 24/7 under crufew and still are being bombed by some unknown elements and finally put on mujahideen, again very strange? Now when Govt of pakistan has negotiated with the local taliban for implementing sharia in Swat region is a proof that Mujahideen are being supported by local population and they are not involved in any immoral activities or burning their schools. They are just against the western education system, and they say girls will go to school in Hijab and there will be no more western educational agenda to be followed.
This is a propeganda by western and local media as taliban do not allow NGOs to follow their christian agenda.
Mujahideen are not waging Jihad in small groups, all the groups are under one banner and have joined hands on the advice of Ameerul Momineen Mullah Muhammad Umar Mujahid.

Another blame on local taliban is that they are very brutal and they cut the heads of people. You tell me what does sharia says about a person who spies for Kuffar and munafiqeen and help them to do drone attacks to kill Mujahideen and innocent women and children.

Jazakallah Khair! Alot of the questions raised by the brothers and sisters were basically what steps should we take to join the ranks and how do we know who and where are the right guys. The answer that was given to my understanding by the shaikh was by saying that the steps are to prepare is join the ranks and free the land from the kuffaar and the munafiqoon. For those who are willing to fight and dont know where the mujahideen are should try and get rid of the oppressive government that is running the affairs of the land preventing the mujahideen from showing themselves. Like all lands in history that didnt like the government revolted by expressing their discontentment with government. If the government is being disapproved of by everyone then the mujahideen will have an easier time showing themselves to those who want to join them. Walahu Alam

The Basic Ruling of the Armies That Support the Disbelieving Governments
Introduction
Verily, all praise is due to Allâh and may the Blessings and Peace of Allâh be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon his family and his companions until the Last Day.
To proceed:
Recently, some statements have been reported in the news media, which are attributed to Al-Mullâ, Muhammad ‘Umar, may Allâh preserve him and give him victory, ordering the Tâlibân of Pakistan must cease their attacks against the Pakistani military.
Many Islâmic blogs, posting boards and forums have come out praising these words, saying that it shouldn’t be for Muslims to attack another Muslims, and that this conflict between the Tâlibân and the Pakistani military has brought about bad views and harm to the Mujâhidîn.
Regardless of whether or not these orders are authentic, [1] the issue of fighting this army and the likes of it should be made clear, because this type of scenario is not one without a historical precedent, and the Sharî’ah rulings in these matters are clear. And due to some of the reactions by our brothers to these alleged orders, and their welcoming this cease-fire on the basis that the Pakistani military are to be afforded the rights of Islâm and treated as Muslims, we hope to put forward some clarification on this issue.

How can I send to the mujahideen? So many are too scared to even say the word. Ive asked around but some that agreed to send it, I now realise have a wrong definition of jihad, and sent it elsewhere.

Somali rebels reject ceasefire
Hizbul Islam, a coalition of groups fighting Somali government forces and African Union peacekeepers, has said it has rejected a ceasefire offer from Somalia’s new president.
Muse Abdi Arale, a spokesman for the group, said on Sunday that reports of a ceasefire plan between his group and Somalia’s government were “baseless,” the AFP news agency reported.
“We will attack the enemy and their stooges anytime we want,” Arale said.
Sharif Ahmed, the president of Somalia, announced on Saturday that he had agreed to proposals for a truce with the leading rebel group and had offered to accept the implementation of Sharia, or Islamic law, in the country.
“I met with religious leaders and elders and accepted their demand for ceasefire and reconciliation with the opposition members, and I call on all opposition parties to halt the unnecessary violence,” Ahmed said.
Renewed fighting
Arale said his group had met with the mediators but only discussed plans for a partial withdrawal of rebel fighters.
Sunday’s rejection comes a day after Omar Abdirahsid Sharmarke, the Somali prime minister, led the inaugural session of the new government in Mogadishu, Somalia’s capital.
It also follows renewed heavy fighting in Mogadishu between opposition fighters and government and African Union forces.
At least 49 civilians were killed in the clashes in the capital, the independent Elman Human Rights Organisation has said.
Hizbul Islam is against the presence of AU troops in Somalia and has said it will battle them until they leave the country.

‘Green Zone’ in its specific meaning is region with Iraq, the Green Zone ‘Scholars’ are those who have been devided and conquered by the enemies and their plans.
These are ‘Scholars’ and tribal leaders in Iraq who have sold themselves and their people into abandoning jihaad by resting arms against the crUSAders and turned them instead against fellow Muslims for dunya rewards. They now ally with the kuffar by issuing fatwah for the occupiers and rallying the masses to slaughter and jail believers.
Likewise today we have many similar ‘Green Zone Scholars’ in the general term who issue fatawah for the West, call Muslims to ‘natural alligiance’ with torturers, advocate informing and spying on Muslims, etc for their own personal safety and that of their Masjids and Institutes, financial gains and for name/ fame, etc. found in plenty in both the Middle Eastern front such as Iraq and puppet Madkhalees of Saud as well as Azharee state scholars of Egypt. In the Africas ‘Green Zone Scholars’ come in the shape of Sufees of ‘Ahlus Sunnah’ in Somalia who are truly innovators. And in the West the ‘Green Zone Scholars’ appear in the form of Zaytun/ al Maghrib/ al Kauthar Institutes as well as Radical Middle Way (RMW) and the likes of al Buruj Press/ Ar-Rawdah Sufees.
We also have many ‘RAND Muslims’ too- blind followers and slaves to these ‘Green Zone Scholars’. These RAND Muslims have fallen hook, line and sinker for the ‘hearts and minds’ plans by disbelievers who are Secular/ Nationalistic in nature have a modernist outlook and are often Tasawuf inclined.

PESHAWAR: Taliban leaders Baitullah Mehsud, Maulvi Nazir and Maulvi Hafiz Gul Bahadur have formally announced forming of a new group named Shura Ittehad-ul-Mujahideen.
Shura Ittehad-ul-Mujahideen said in its announcement that it will follow Mulla Muhammad Umer as its Amir-ul-Maumineen.
It vowed to continue its ongoing Jihad.

When you see something like this, you can’t hold your excitement. At the same time, there are some points to think over.
AllahuAkbar, this peace deal is proof that the Mujahideen have pushed the Government of Pakistan against the wall. In other words, the Mujahideen are a very serious force to be reckoned with.
The Swat area is home for all Muslims around the world. The Shari’ah is being implemented in Swat; now all the Islamic Groups in Pakistan that are struggling for an Islamic State should rush to join this effort in helping the strength of their Mujahideen brethren. They should help them in every means possible including but not limited to: financial means, military means, giving advice to the Mujahideen and their leaders on the Shari’ah implementation, promoting the implementation of Shari’ah, showing all the Muslims around the world the beauty of Shari’ah, and so on.
Movements such as Tanzeem-e-Islami should join ranks with the sincere Mujahideen who have gained a major victory and they should discuss with the leaders of the Mujahideen on how they can further help the cause of Allah Ta’ala in Pakistan.
The question that is being asked here is: what exactly in this peace deal is the corrupt Government of Pakistan benefiting from? So far, from what is apparent, we can see that they no longer have to face large casualties in their army, and that peace and stability can be brought to the war-torn region.
One question though is why can’t the peace deal encompass all of NWFP? Currently there is heavy fighting between the Mujahideen and Pakistani Army in Bajour.
America is extremely upset with the Government of Pakistan for taking this move. This could imply that America will now prepare for a full blown invasion of Pakistan.

Hardliner Israeli politician, Avigdor Lieberman says people resenting his proposed loyalty oath are palling around with “terrorists.”
“The dividing line… is who supports terror and who fights terror,” Liberman said on Sunday when asked about the oath, which in his view should be mandatory for all Israelis.
The Yisrael Beiteinu party leader – best known for anti-Arab sentiments – launched a campaign in February calling on Tel Aviv to require all Israelis, including the anti-Zionist orthodox Jews, known as the Haredim, and Arabs remaining in Israel, to sign loyalty oaths or lose their right to vote.
Lieberman told The Washington Post that Tel Aviv “cannot accept that there are people in Israel that even during the war [in Gaza] openly supported Hamas.”
Over 1,300 Palestinians – the native population – were killed and 5,450 others were injured during Israel’s three-week-long Operation Cast Lead on Gaza. This is while only 13 Israelis, consisting of 3 civilians and 10 soldiers, were killed during the conflict.
The Moldovan-born politician said the proposed oath should certainly include ‘the whole of Israel’s Jewish orthodox communities’. The ultra-nationalist Yisrael Beitenu (Israel Our Home) party secured 15 seats in the Israeli parliamentary elections party to become the third-largest in Israel’s Knesset.
“We speak about citizens’ responsibilities for Jews and Arabs. For example, the Jewish orthodox community doesn’t want to serve in the army or do national service,” Lieberman said.
Lieberman refused to recognize the Israeli-Palestinian conflict as “the biggest problem of the region,” saying “The biggest problem of our region is not “the Palestinian conflict” our biggest problem today is Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq and only after this the Israeli-Palestinian conflict,” he said.

No Talib don’t listen to the Ahlul Bidah- Shaykh al Islaam Imaam Ibn Taymiyyah was NEVER a Sufee just because he masha’allaah understood the deen completely ie. that need for adkhar, tawbah, tazkiyyah, dhikr, etc (without shirk or innovation) some among the Sufees now claim he was a follower of Tasawuf as they falsely claimed Imaam Ibn Qayyum was apparently a Sufee too- all of which are false allegations.
These scholars were upon clear Tawheed thus faught against false teachings, innovated acts, grave worship, saint/peer worhip, etc and advocated jihaad so how can they be Sufees?

Salamyu Alaikum brothers and sisters. Ive already posted a comment but I have a question about jihad. In Islam we know that intention is very important. Is it haraam or halal if you fight fight for the sake of ALLAH with the intention of just skipping the grave and day of judgement. I question if that is the right intention when fighting for Allah. We fight to help spread the religion of Allah and put away the kuffar but when i think of Jihad i think of skipping the grave and day of judgement. It is literally so great that the human mind does not possess the ability to even imagine it.

But we have a problem. We are sitting comfortably chasing our worldly desires, and we are heedless of the rewards we could be attaining by doing our parts to revive the Islamic Ummah. Instead of chasing our useless worldly desires, instead of submitting to the forces of evil, instead of giving up hope in Allah’s promise to us for victory, and instead of giving the false excuse that we should just “wait for the Mahdi,” why don’t we act like Muslims, the greatest people on the face of this Earth, of the greatest Ummah this planet has ever known, and go out to GET OUR VICTORY!

Fatwa declares India ‘Dar al-Aman’
LAHORE: Challenged by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) to issue a fatwa (religious edict) declaring India a Dar al-Aman (country friendly to Islam), where jihad (holy war) is meaningless, the country’s top Islamic seminary, the Darul Uloom at Deoband, on Sunday did just that.
The fatwa was read out at a large rally in Bhubaneshwar organised by the Orissa unit of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind, attended by Chief Minister Navneen Patnaik and numerous other bigwigs.
“The Indian Constitution guarantees equal protection and rights for all communities. Therefore, for Muslims, India is Dar al-Aman or a Muslim-friendly country,” the fatwa said.
The VHP had also urged the Darul Uloom to spell out whether Muslims should regard Hindus as kafirs (non-believers). The fatwa came from the hand and seal of Mufti Mahmood Hasan Bulandsheri of Darul Uloom’s fatwa department, in response to questions posed by Mahmood Madani, who heads the Jamiat.

This is a “War Budget”. The austerity measures hit all major federal spending programs with the exception of:
1. Defence and the Middle East War: 2. the Wall Street bank bailout,
3. Interest payments on a staggering public debt.

The budget diverts tax revenues into financing the war. It legitimizes the fraudulent transfers of tax dollars to the financial elites under the pretext of “bank bailouts”.

In essence, a budget deficit ( combined with massive cuts in social programs) is required to fund the handouts to the banks as well as finance defence spending and the military surge in the Middle East war. Obama’s budget envisages:
.
1. defense spending of $534 billion for 2010, a supplemental 130 billion dollar appropriation for fiscal 2010 for the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, and a supplemental $75.5 billion emergency war funding for the rest of the 2009 fiscal year. Defence spending and the Middle East war, with various supplemental budgets, is (officially) of the order of 739.5 billion. Some estimates place aggregate defence and military related spending at $ 1 trillion+.

2. A bank bailout of the order of $750 billion announced by Obama, which is added on to the 700 billion dollar bailout money already allocated by the outgoing Bush administration under the Troubled Assets Relief Program (TARP). The total of both programs is a staggering 1.45 trillion dollars to be financed by the Treasury. It should be understood that the actual amount of cash financial “aid” to the banks is significantly larger than $1.45 trillion. (See Table 2 below).

3. Net Interest on the outstanding public debt is estimated by the Bureau of the Budget) at $164 billion in 2010.

These three categories of expenditure (Defence, Bank Bailout and Interest on the Public Debt) would virtually swallow up the entire 2010 federal government revenue of 2381.0. billion dollars
Moreover, as a basis of comparison, all the revenue accruing from individual federal income taxes ($1.061 trillion), (FY 2010) namely all the money households across America pay in the form of federal taxes, will not suffice to finance the handouts to the banks, which officially are of the order of 1.45 trillion. This amount includes the $ 700 billion (granted during FY 2009) under the TARP program plus the proposed $ 750 billion granted by the Obama administration.

The budget deficit is of the order of 1.75 trillion. Obama acknowledges a 1.3 trillion-dollar budget deficit, inherited from the Bush administration. In actuality, the budget deficit is much larger .

A major crisis of the federal fiscal structure is occurring. The multibillion dollar allocations to the War Budget and to the Wall Street Bank Bailout program backlash on all other categories of public expenditure.

The Bush administration’s $ 700 billion bailout under the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) was approved by Congress in October. TARP is but the tip of the iceberg. A panoply of bailout allocations in addition to the $ 700 billion were decided upon prior to Obama assuming office. In November, the federal government’s bank rescue program was estimated at a staggering 8.5 trillion dollars, an amount equivalent to more than 50% of the US public debt estimated at 14 trillion (2007). (See table 2 below)

Meanwhile, under the Obama budget proposal, 634 billion dollars are allocated to a reserve fund to finance universal health care. At first sight, it appears to be a large amount. But it is to be spent over a ten year period, — i.e. a modest annual commitment of 63.4 billion.

Structure of The Public Debt

This large scale appropriation of liquid money assets under the bank bailouts by a handful of financial institutions serves to increase the public debt overnight.

When the US Treasury allocates 700 billion dollars to the Troubled Assets Relief Program, this amount constitutes a budgetary outlay which inevitably must be financed from within the structure of government revenues and expenditures.

Unless all other categories of public expenditure including health, education and social services are slashed, the various outlays under the bank bailout will require running a massive budget deficit which in turn will increase the US public debt.

America is the most indebted country on earth. The US (federal government) public debt is currently of the order of $14 trillion. This does not include mounting public debts at the state and municipal levels.

There are no solutions under the prevailing global financial architecture. Meaningful policies cannot be achieved without radically reforming the workings of the international banking system.

What is required is an overhaul of the monetary system including the functions and ownership of the central bank, the arrest and prosecution of those involved in financial fraud both in the financial system and in governmental agencies, the freeze of all accounts where fraudulent transfers have been deposited, the cancellation of debts resulting from fraudulent trade and/or market manipulation.

People across the land, nationally and internationally must mobilize. This struggle to democratise the financial and fiscal apparatus must be broad-based and democratic encompassing all sectors of society at all levels, in all countries. What is ultimately required is to disarm the financial establishment:

-confiscate those assets which were obtained through fraud and financial manipulation.

-restore the savings of households through reverse transfers
.
-return the bailout money to the Treasury, freeze the activities of the hedge funds.

- freeze the gamut of speculative transactions including short-selling and derivative trade.

it seems you are shocked to find that zaid can be a bad guy, like most people do innitially. but Allah spoke the truth in the above ayahs that such leaders DO exist and we DO follow them and we WILL curse them.

One I wanted to share on this sad day but with great hope in the trust in the promise of Allah (SWT) and our beloved prophet Muhammad (SAW)
3 March: Dark days for the Ummah since the destruction of the Khilafah
The 3rd of March is a date that is etched into the history of the Muslim Ummah as one of its darkest days ever. It was on this date in the fateful year of 1924 CE that the last vestige of legitimate Islamic rule was ended. The office of Khilifah was abolished by the treacherous Mustafa Kamal and the Muslim Ummah has since then been plunged in to darkness and humiliation. Thus any trace of the Uthmani Khilafah was extinguished as the 101st Khaleefah of Islam, Abdul Mejid II was exiled from the now secular Republic of Turkey.
His banishment from the land of Anatolia with little more than a suitcase and some cash was the beginning of the humiliation that the Muslim world has suffered to this very day. With what was described as the shield of the Muslims by the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم – now in exile, the Ummah was set to be subjected to numerous tragedies that would involve against it murderous wars, foreign occupation, economic strangulation, political manipulation as well as a cultural colonialism that sought to distance the Muslim world from the concept of Islamic ruling and the obligation of living under the Khilafah.
With the sole legitimate leadership of the Muslims, the Khilafah, destroyed the lands of Islam were divided in to numerous statelets and disputed territories. These new entities were established along the lines of ethnicity, sectarianism and racism by the colonialist powers of the day in an attempt to ensure that Muslim Ummah would never rise again. Nationalism that was nurtured by the colonialists in the run up to the destruction of the Khilafah helped to ensure that these new entities would remain at loggerheads, never to think of uniting again. In addition, the blessed land of Palestine was occupied, its inhabitants dispersed so as assuage the West’s guilt and a great injustice was committed in establishing the state of Israel. Any attempts to replicate the power of a unitary leadership of the Muslim world were replaced by pathetic and impotent bodies such as Arab League and the Organisation of Islamic Countries (OIC). These organisations were designed to perpetuate disunity and division as they preserved the borders and barriers betweens Muslims that the colonialists had established. These states have never had the interests of Islam and the Muslims at heart. This can be seen to this day, as the OIC and Arab League issue countless resolutions on issues such as Palestine and Iraq without ever actually doing anything to change the status quo. These resolutions are but lip service by the insincere leaders of these entities to the cause of Islam, designed solely to pacify their Muslim populations into thinking that Islam cannot solve the Ummah’s problems.
These rulers have committed far more heinous crimes against the Muslims than simply issuing empty resolutions. Western colonialism put in place a motley crew of dictators, monarchs, autocrats and downright puppets that have served their colonial masters in a manner more loyal than their own populations. Successive rulers have betrayed the interests of Muslims. With their brutality and lack of self-respect seemingly having no limits, the Muslim rulers are falling over themselves in an attempt to please. For example, Qatar today hosts the largest airstrip in the Middle East, to be used exclusively by the US Air Force to bomb Muslim lands and control the skies of the Middle East. Bahrain, which previously hosted the naval forces of the British Empire, now serves as the base for the US Navy’s 5th Fleet. Almost every nation in the Muslim world today has facilitated the military aims of the various colonial at some point. Present day Pakistan, in a clear contradiction of General Musharraf’s own motto of “Pakistan First”, is engaging in a war with his own people whilst compromising the sovereignty of the country in allowing US troops to act with impunity. Deploying his powerful military not to defend Muslims from aggression, he has made the Pakistani Armed forces nothing more than mercenaries. They are forced to act as mercenaries by the regime for some paltry economic aid for a corrupt government whilst the blood and honour of their brothers and sisters is violated on a global scale. Due to these tyrannical rulers the armies of the Muslim world have been held back, shackled to their bases, unable to come to the aid of their brethren in Chechnya, the Balkans, Kashmir, Afghanistan, Iraq or anywhere else that conflict rages.
Since the destruction of the Khilafah in 1924 there has been an assault on the resources in the Muslim lands. Starting with the 100-year contracts signed with western oil companies to drill for oil in the 1930’s, lucrative contracts are being signed by western agencies for natural resources that rightfully belong to the Ummah. The most recent of which have been the colonial style Production Sharing Agreements (PSA’s) for Iraqi oil. These agreements mean that Iraq oil will be privatised, ending up in the hands of foreign, mostly US, oil companies. In addition to this, these agreements spell out that these oil companies will make up to a massive 75% profit on the oil, with 65 of Iraq’s roughly 80 known oil fields being offered to these companies for exploration. In the words of Dick Cheney during his time as Haliburton CEO in 1999 who said, “By 2010 we will need [a further] 50 million barrels a day. The Middle East, with two-thirds of the oil and the lowest cost, is still where the prize lies.” Even the wealth that has been generated has not been utilised by the rulers for the benefit of the people or to secure long-term independence and self-sufficiency. A lack of investment in education, employment and technological infrastructure means that billions of dollars are wasted on importing resources, which could be developed at home. It is shocking that Iran, the world’s fourth largest oil producer, can only produce 57% of the nation’s daily petrol consumption due to a lack of refineries.
The Muslim world has indeed seen destruction, devastation and calamity for the past 83 years. However, the signs of awakening for the return of the Khilafah are now clear for all to see. The proof of this can be seen in the growing gulf between the rulers and the ruled; the speeches and Khutbahs in universities and mosques throughout the Muslim world that call for a sincere and rightly guided Khaleefah to lead the Ummah; witness the mass demonstrations against the bombing and killing of innocent Muslims by US and UK forces in Karachi, Jakarta, Hebron, Dhaka and other places; the increasingly brutal methods and oppression that the regimes are forced to use to quell the desire for political change such as in Egypt and Uzbekistan. It can also be seen by the actions of the colonial powers who realise that the rulers they imposed upon the Muslim world have no support and no legitimacy, hence they are forced to resort to occupying Muslim lands and cementing their presence through military bases. The global reawakening for Khilafah can also be seen in the desperate and pathetic attempts by the regimes and their scholars, who they have bought for a cheap price, to malign, slander and attack the idea of Khilafah. They lie by saying that the Khilafah cannot be established in the modern age, that Islam and politics do not mix, that sectarian differences are too great, that the western powers are too powerful and that the Ummah of Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم can never be unified. All of the efforts of the enemies of Islam will be in vain for Allah سبحانه وتعالى has promised the believers that the Khilafah will return on the method of the Prophet and there is no power or might other than Allah سبحانه وتعالى.
It was narrated by Ahmed in his Musnad, from Al-Nu’man b. Bashir, who said: “We were sitting in the mosque of the Messenger of Allah (saw), and Bashir was a man who did not speak much, so Abu Tha’labah Al-Khashnee came and said: ‘Oh, Bashir bin Sa’ad, have you memorised the words of the Messenger of Allah (saw) regarding the rulers?’ Huthayfah replied, ‘I have memorised his words’. @ Abu Amirah – How can you call the Ottoman Caliphate as “legitimate Islamic rule”? They were heriditary rulers. Period. The institution of Khilafa was just for name sake. Being nearer to Europe, the Turkish Ottoman State had been diluted with intense nationalism that was alien to the spirit of Islam. One Muslim scholar said rightly about the Turks “They loved Islam more then they understood it”. The so called Ata Turk was no father of Turks as he claimed. He conveniently forgot his own ancestors in Central Asian in his quest for Turkish nationalism. There are more Turks living outside of Turkey than in Turkey. This idol of nationalism promoted by Turks was later quickly adopted by the ignorant Arabs, Iranians and Pakistanis etc etc and you see the pathetic state of the Ummah today. The mercenary dictator Busharraf claimed in his first day in office that his role model was “Ata Turk”. No wonder he opened his country to foreign occupation without firing a shot.
May Allah destroy the Pakistanis who are opposing the rise of Khalifa. This group includes both politicians and educated elite businessmen of Pakistan. Some noteworthy mentions are kaafirs such as Musharraf, Zardari, Benazir Bhutto, Salman Taseer and his kaafir family, Altaf Hussain kaafir dog etc. I urge mujahideen to eliminate these kufaar. At the population level, we have to curb the fitna of Barelivyyah and Deobandi sects. Includes munafiqs such as tahir ul Qadri and the ilk.
Once these personalities have been snatched of their political power, we can bring them to justice through a Sharia court where most definitely the Qadi will rule for their beheading in public space.

Even if the school thing has some degree of truth in it, please remember that the “education” system is an extremely important tool in the kuffaar’s battle for the hearts and minds, in the promotion of kufr, and in their false hope of putting out the light of Allah and giving people the darkness of Shaytaan. Remember that these are not Islamic schools. They are not even schools set up by Muslims (hypocrites aren’t Muslims). They are government institutions. Factories for producing generations of youth who have no interest, understanding, or liking for the guidance of Allah. How can anyone think they should be left alone? Either they are changed to follow a curriculum which is designed for the promotion of understanding the world through the lenses of truth or the people should be relieved of this fitnah whatever means that are feasible and practical. If the kuffaar had reported in their news that the Mujahideen are “burning down secular schools” or “burning down schools that promote secularism” or “burning down schools that promote a moderate form of Islam” then there wouldn’t be this much confusion.
It’s like when the Mujahideen were fighting against the production of opium; they would kill the drug lords that sell it, destroy the crops, and tell the farmers to grow a different crop or face the death penalty. Imagine hearing the Kuffar media reports saying, “Taliban have been destroying farmers’ crops and killing merchants in Afghanistan. This has caused many to fall under poverty, as agriculture is the primary economic resource for the country.”
Except in this case, with the schools, it shouldn’t matter if they say it or not. It should be understood! Please read my previous comment if you haven’t already. Besides, if Pakistan or the US were (and they are) destroying/burning/bombing Islamic schools, you wouldn’t hear a cricket creak (and you don’t)! How many kaafirs and munafiqeen (modernist Muslims, secular Muslims, “moderate” Muslims) were outraged when the students of Lal Mesjid–the Red Mosque–were slaughtered and the school bombed, burned, and riddled with bullets?
I don’t want to hear about their schools. May Allah remove the schools of kufr and nifaq from the face of this planet. Amin.

@ Saladin I agree with your view on Ata Turk he was an agent, son of a Jewsih mother and hated Islam. Alongwith his ‘young Turks’ was responsible for bringing down the Khalif.
There is a deeper discussion as to how the Muslims lost their hold and understanding of Islam that led to the decline of the Khailfah many hundred of years before.
However, we need to understand what Islam says what is the criteria for legitimate Islamic Rule not our own mind or views. It was hanging on a string at that time in terms of Islam but still qualifes as Islamic Rule.
According to Shariah terminology, Dar al-Islam is defined as the land which is governed by the laws of Islam and whose security (Aman) is maintained by the security of Islam, i.e. by the authority and protection of Muslims inside and outside the land, even if the majority of its inhabitants are non-Muslims.
For a state to be Islamic, it must base its constitution, laws, structure, foreign relations, as well as solve its problems on the basis of the Islamic ‘Aqeedah. If a state does not rule by Islamic laws or imports rule from a non-Islamic basis in any sphere of its affairs, it is not Islamic i.e. Kufr state.
The point at hand now is are we working for it? and as the Sheikh stated in his talks we need to be part of those that are working towards reviving Islam in all ways so we can be part of the reward.

I have a question for anyone able to answer with detail, if Allah wills.
I am hoping to understand the true meaning of Sharia’ law as Allah had made the prophet(Peace be upon him) understand it.
The hudood, the methodology etc. I understand this may be asking alot in a blog and is information that needs to be studied extensively but I am hoping to understand our sources.
I just want to clear up any confusion regarding the Taaliban and whether they are actually abiding by Sharia’ law.

As-Salamu’alaikum. Yes, the Ottoman Khilafah WAS LEGITIMATE ISLAMIC RULE, PERIOD! The fact that they had hereditary rule is irrelevant. May ALLAH forgive them, but that is not kufr, nor does it take away from their legitimacy. The issues of nationalism that you speak of are true, however, this came in towards the END of the Khilafah, which was brought on by the young turks. This was not the case throughout the entire history of the Ottoman empire. Read the biographies of Muhammad Fatih, or Suleiman the Maginificent as evidence, or even Abdul Hamid II, the last autocratic sultan, May ALLAH have mercy on them all, who tried very hard to Islamize the empire, as he saw its decline. As for Ata Turk, he was NEVER AN OTTOMAN SULTAN/KHALIFAH, but rather, a kafir, homosexual pig, whom I hope ALLAH WILL ETERNALLY CURSE AND DESTROY IN HELL. You must remember one thing, AS BAD AS THE OTTOMAN EMPIRE WAS TOWARDS THE END, IT WAS STILL BETTER THAN THE SITUATION THAT EXISTS FOR MUSLIMS TODAY. At least with a Khilafah, you can apply the rules of Shari’ah towards the ruler, but if there is no Islamic framework for a Khilafah, you instead of tyranny and injustice like you have today. Understand also that in history, there were many tyrants who ruled as Khalifah, like Hajjaj ibn Yusuf, or the Mu’tazilah Khalifah at the time of Imam Ahmad who claimed the Qur-an was created. This belief is kufr with respect to Ahlus-Sunnah, yet Imam Ahmad did not call for revolution against him. Asalamu Alaikum wrwb I posted a hadith before narrated by Abu Hurairah ra) and I was reading from different books today and noticed most of the hadiths I read are narrated by Abu Hurairah ra) I know his story why he was able to record so many Hadiths as he was always accompanying Prophet Muhammed saws) and didn’t involve himself in the affairs of the duniah .
The reason why I brought this up is that yesterday a sister told me that some people are saying that Abu Hurairah ra) fabricated the hadiths concerning cats and dogs because he loved cats so so much
Can you believe that ? I can’t !
This is what our scholars are talking about cats and dogs
Also by this statement [ some people] are defaming Abu Hurairah ra and in turn Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim as these hadiths are in their books
Their evidence is that Abu bakr ra) Umar ra) , Uthman ra), who where close to the Prophet saws) never mentioned these hadith. But we know why Abu Hurairah ra)narrated so many hadith . Im astonished at hearing this and I want to fix this with [some people ] I just need a bit of help if someone knows anything about this issue can they please let me know , is this a new trend or is there some evidence for [some people] statement May Allah reward you if you know something Allah guide us all

“Allah Almighty says in this ayah:
“But no, by thy Lord, they can have no real faith until they make you judge in all disputes between them and find in their souls no resistance against your decisions but accept them with the fullest conviction” (Surah Nisa’a 65)

No Muslim is a Muslim, if he does not accept the law of Allah Almighty. No Muslim, is a Muslim if he refuses to accept the Sunnah of the Prophet of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).”

So in layman’s terms: a Muslim is a person who surrenders to the Laws of Allah Azza wa Jall as revealed to the last Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings be upon him), sans any reservation. Anyone who prefers any other set of laws – manmade laws (such as democracy, republics etc), ceases to be a Muslim.

Ruling by something other than that which Allah Azza wa Jall has revealed is the most obvious deviation from the way of Islam which the Ummah is experiencing on a very wide scale. So know that any man-made law or system is a system of kufr

With regards to our brothers and sister, the Students, or the Taliban of Afghanistan, we only know good about them. And we know that, they are one of the few Islamic organizations in our present history that are ruling by the Laws of Allah Azza wa Jall and they did not accept laws or judgments from puppet-taghoot governements and rulers except Shariah, to rule their lives. Brother, do not believe the US propagandas in their news media about the Taliban. Look into the authentic sources to know these facts.

As imam Anwar Al-Awlaki (may Allah protect him) puts it clearly:

“Dear brothers and sisters we are not only victims, of US military and political aggression, but we are also victims of US lies! They have been lying about our brothers, charging them with false accusations, until they put hatred of them in our hearts, and they have planted the seeds of disunity amongst us! And now she is stating openly that we want to encourage divisions among fundamentalists! Take for example, whenever an Islamic group tries to enforce the law of Allah Almighty, how they try to ruin their reputation! And unfortunately, this lie is believed by many Muslims! Because they are victims of this western media and US lies. We need to be aware! We need to be careful. And we shouldn’t rely on their sources, when it comes to information about our Muslim brethren! Take the information from valid sources. Allah Almighty says: If a Fasiq -a corrupt Muslim! – Brings you information fatabayyanu (”O ye who believe! If a sinner comes to you with any news, ascertain the truth…” [Hujuraat, 26])-you need to check- if this information is correct”, what if the source is not a Fasiq but a Kafir?
So we need to be very careful on what we hear! For example, when the Taliban were ruling over Afghanistan, you heard a lot of things about them, there was a lot of lies about them in the media, this is so the Ummah would hate them, it is to try to plant the seeds of disunity among us. And when the Islamic rule was applied in Somalia, what did they say about them too? So Muslims, we need to be very careful.”

Abu Huraira (rA) relates that the Messenger of Allah said, “Allah will ask on the Day of Judgment: ‘Where are those who loved each other for the sake of My glory? Today, on a day when there is no shade but Mine, I shall shade them with My shade.’” (Muslim)
Abu Hurayrah (rA) relates that the Prophet (sAaws) said,
“A man went to visit a brother of his in another village. Allah (swt) sent an angel to wait for him on the road. When the man came along, the angel asked him, ‘Where do you intend to go?’ He said, ‘I am going to visit a brother of mine who lives in this village.’ The angel asked, ‘Have you done him any favour (for which you are now seeking repayment)?’ He said, ‘No. I just love him for the sake of Allah (swt).’ The angel told him, I am a messenger to you from Allah (swt), sent to tell you that He loves you as you love your brother for His sake.”‘ (Muslim)

well sis Umm Umar, as you know Abu Huraira was one of ashabu-sufaa(the poor and unemployed sahaba who lived in the masjid) so when the other ansar along with al muhajireen went to their farms to work while these poor companions stayed in the masjid and spent more time with the prophet learning from him while others like Abu Bakr and Umar were working.Abu Hurayra became muslim after the battle of khaybar so he only spent 4 years with the prophet.The same can be said about Ummul Mumineen Aisha(raa).she is the second sahabi(a) with the most ahadeeth after abu hurayra.They also should ask why her name pops up in every chapter of a hadith book.Hope this helped.May Allah increase in knowledge.

Dear Imam Anwar:
As-Salamu’alaikum. May ALLAH Have Mercy on your parents, and make a path to Jannah easy for you and your family. I am unable to submit a question online to you via your website, so I am posting it here in hopes that you may read it, and InshaALLAH answer it as well. In the Forty Hadith collection by Imam Al-Nawawi (May ALLAH have Mercy on him), there is one hadith (#22 which can be found in its entirety here: http://fortyhadith.iiu.edu.my/hadith22.htm) of a bedouin who asks the Prophet SAW about the deeds that will take him to Jannah, and then there is another hadith (#29, which can be found in its entirety here: http://fortyhadith.iiu.edu.my/hadith29.htm), where Mu’adh ibn Jabal RA asks the Prophet SAW essentially the same question, yet the Prophet SAW gives him a much more comprehensive answer. The issue I am raising is that the Prophet SAW mentions Jihad to Mu’adh RA, but not to the bedouin. Yet, in both cases, the outcome is that the person doing the deeds in either case will go to Jannah. Knowing full well that Mu’adh is one of the scholars of the Sahaba, whom the Prophet SAW said many good things about, and therefore has much higher expectations than the bedouin, to whom the Prophet SAW did not mention Jihad at all to; isn’t it fair to say that in today’s time, the common people fit the description of the bedouin, and therefore our message to them should be just to do the 5 pillars? Since the overwhelming majority of the Muslims don’t even pray, therefore talking to them about such a major concept as Jihad would be pointless, and quite possibly counterproductive since these basic people may be driven away from Islam altogether, and instead we should limit the message of Jihad to the elite of this Ummah as Mu’adh RA was. Is this a valid argument? I am a huge supporter of yours, and I, by no means am questioning your da’wah in any way. I simply want your take on this understanding of the above two hadith, as they are mentioned in a collection that almost every Muslim can get a hold of, and this was the message delivered in one of the classes here in the west that many Muslims take (and I was one such person). Is this understanding correct, or is it being overly simplistic? I am not a person of knowledge, and therefore am reluctant to make my own conclusions as a result. I would feel more comfortable drawing a conclusion after you give your explanation, as I trust your knowledge, and I also feel that you are one of the few in the west whom I believe, has the correct understanding of Jihad, Al-Wala wal-Bara, and the establishment of the Khilafah in our time. JazakALLAH Khair for your time, and patience. May ALLAH raise you up among the Shuhada, grant you entry into Firdaus, and let you live long enough to see the rebirth of the Khilafah.

What if this assisting element is the decree of God which He ordained in order to act upon these three axes? It would not only work to activate the latent elements of cultural annihilation but confront the military power with exhaustion. This confrontation and exhaustion directly affects the third axis, which is the deceptive media halo. It removes the aura of invincibility which this power projects, that nothing at all stands in front of it.

This is exactly what happened to the Communist superpower when it was put in a military confrontation with a power weaker than itself by several degrees; it was not even comparable. However, (the weaker power) succeeded in exhausting it militarily and, even more important, it activated the elements of cultural annihilation in (the superpower’s) homeland:
- The dogma of atheism versus belief systems that believe in the next life and a God.
- Love of the world, worldly pleasures, and opulence versus individuals who had nothing to lose.
- Moral corruption, the least manifestation of which was that Russian soldiers or officers returned (home) – if they returned – and found that their wives had a child or relationship with someone else.
- Social iniquities clearly floated to the surface when the economic situation weakened because of the war. Then when money becomes scarce and monetary crises begin, the major thieves appear, especially if accurate accounting [?] begins.

Additionally, note that the economic weakness resulting from the burdens of war or from aiming blows of vexation (al-nikāya) directly toward the economy is the most important element of cultural annihilation since it threatens the opulence and (worldly) pleasures which those societies thirst for. Then competition for these things begins after they grow scarce due to the weakness of the economy. Likewise, social iniquities rise to the surface on account of the economic stagnation, which ignites political opposition and disunity among the (various) sectors of society [literally "social entity"] in the central country.

Likewise, this power – despite its weakness –acted upon the third axis by removing the respect for the Russian army from the hearts of the masses whose regimes used to revolve in (the Soviet) orbit in Europe and Asia. Thus, one after another, they began to fall away and desert it.

However, this weak force acted upon a special fourth axis in the Umma. It is the reviving of dogma and jihad in the hearts of the Muslim masses – who had submitted to the (social) entity of this superpower – when they saw the example and model of these poor, Afghani people – their neighbors – in jihad. They were able to remain steadfast in the face of the strongest military arsenal and the most vicious army (in the world) with respect to the nature of its members at that time. Thus, we saw that the jihad brought forth many Muslims from unknown lands, like Chechnya and Tajikistan.

Everything we have recorded here is already reality. But the most important (point) is that it is easier for the people of knowledge and insight to understand (how the process works) as a result of the bounty of God upon whomever boldly plunges into battle. For example, the martyr (and we consider him as such) Sayyid Qutb (may God bless him) discussed the fall of the Soviet Union and explicated the laws (al-sunan) which would, for the most part, lead to it; but he was not able to fix the time of its occurrence or (give) specific details. In contrast, Shaykh `Abd Allāh `Azzām – who was martyred, may God bless him, before the fall of the Soviet Union – had an analysis which predicted the fall of this superpower and the division of its republics and the emergence of Islamic movements that would oppose some of its republics. Even more remarkable than this is that his analysis was built on numbers, such that he calculated the number of the forces of the Russian army, which possessed the greatest arsenal of weapons in the world and an army greater than the American army with respect to size, viciousness, and the ability to endure the atmosphere of battles and its human losses. Even more remarkable is that (his analysis) did not depend on the withdrawal of the Russian army from Afghanistan, even though he had hoped for that. Rather, it depended on (the idea that) pressure from the mujahids would push Russia to pump larger numbers of troops into Afghanistan, which would reduce the reserves of the Soviet army, and that this pressure and reduction would encourage the Soviet republics to try to secede, especially the Islamic (republics) whose inhabitants saw it as a workable model for the possibility of resistance. Almost everything he said happened, as if it were a cinematic film. From this we know that understanding the abilities of the enemy and the time of his defeat only comes to us by plunging into active war with him, regardless of whether we have a rational mind or theoretical research (at hand).

Here we note that the superpower’s republics fell into chaos when it collapsed. But because specific elements quickly came into existence, administrations of states were established in most of them without passing through the stage of the administration of savagery, some of which have succeeded in attaining stability until the present time.

We have a huge population of mainly Arab youth that aren’t really Islamic that feel alienated from the society they live in ,that have grown up in a racsist society , that have experienced the western nightmare that are the largest minority group in our jails and they are angry , they hate the establishment they don’t respect the muslim elders because they can see their weakness and their hypocrisy, they don’t fear mankind,
The one thing that attracts them and they connect with when it comes to Islam is Qital, Like what Syed Qutb 11 said our youth here have been hammered they are our future Abu Bakrs , Umars etc they are our future armies we didn’t train them Allah is training them for whats ahead Alhumduillah how Allah achieves His purpose . This is just one observation, and one part of the picture.

When soccer star Diego Maradona visited Saudi Arabia the youths went wild and there was so much hoopla and celeberation in the streets . This is the plot of enemies of Islam to keep the youth busy in sports and keep them away from Jihad.

The Caravan of the Martyrs of Somalia
All praise is to Allāh. And peace and blessings be upon Muhammad and upon his companions and his followers.
By the will of Allah, we will share with you the stories of some brothers who were recently martyred in Somalia. Among them shall be Shaykh Ahmed Shaykh Muhammad who was an Imām of Central Mosque, Mu’allim Yasīn, Shaykh Abdur-Rahmān as-Suluq, Shaykh Husayn Barre who also an Imām at Central Mosque and Mu’allim Abdullāh.
All of these brothers were martyrs of the Hirān region [which is in the central of southern Somalia] and they are those whose stories we know of. And those whom we don’t know of, we say that Allāh knows them and we ask Allah to accept them as martyrs for Islām.
Now, brothers and sisters we ask you: are the martyrs equal to those who have stayed behind in their homes? Do we consider them to be the same?
Indeed those who are martyrs, they are people who Allāh has chosen from amongst his Ummah. And who he honored with special mercy. And we should make Du’a that Allah gives us the same honor.
You will notice that many people claim that the Mujāhidīn were defeated in battle. They claim this because of the large number of dead on the side of the Mujāhidīn. They name the great numbers of Scholars and youth who were killed in the battles and consider these losses as being a huge tragedy and obvious defeat.
Brothers and sisters, know that everything that happens in this Dunya is by the will of Allāh. And if Allāh wills something to happen it will happen and if he wills against something, then it will not happen.
Everything is by the decreed of Allāh.
And Allāh tells us in the Qurān:
“If misfortune touches you, [know that] similar misfortune has touched [other] people as well; for it is by turns that We apportion unto men such days [of fortune and misfortune]: and [this] to the end that God might mark out those who have attained to faith, and choose from among you such as [with their lives] bear witness to the truth – indeed Allah loves not the evildoers.” [Al 'Imrān, Verse 140]
Allāh wants to show the people that from amongst us, he will take martyrs whom he has chosen and indeed Allāh loves not the oppressors.
And he will not grant such oppressors the status of Martyrs. So brothers and sisters, let us know that the rewards and honor of the martyrs are tremendous and yet it is something we can all achieve by Allāh’s grace.
The person who is a Martyr will receive seven special rewards:
* He will forgiven of all his wrong doings and sins on the first drop of his blood.
* He will protected from the punishments and torments experienced in the grave.
* When he is being martyred, he will see Paradise before him, the Hoor Al-’Ain and his house in Paradise.
* He will feel safe and experience tranquility on the day of Judgment.
* On his head will be a crown, whose gems and jewels are worth more than everything in and on this earth.
* He will receive 72 Hoor Al-’Ain to be his companions in Paradise.
* He will be given the ability to intercede for 70 of his family members on the day of Judgment.
Thus, on the day of Judgment the martyr shall plead to Allah on the behalf of his family.
He will say, ‘O Allāh, these people are of my family so please protect them from the Hell Fire and join them with me in the Gardens’. And Allāh will accept this from him.
In Sahih al-Muslim, there is an hadith narrated by Abdullāh bin Mas’ūd (may Allāh be pleased with him) which states that the souls of the Martyrs shall dwell in the stomachs of green birds in Paradise. They shall dwell beneath the throne of Allāh and will fly wherever they may please.
And Allāh will say to them, “Is there anything you want from me”. And they will reply, “O Allah, why would we want anything more, when we are in Paradise going wherever we please, eating and drinking whatever we want”.
When they realize that Allāh continues to repeat the question, “What else do you want from me” ?
They reply, “O Allāh, we want you to put our souls back in our bodies so that we may be killed for your sake once again”.
Subhān’Allāh, they have already been martyred in the way of Allāh and yet they want to be martyred again for the sake of Allāh. This truly signifies the great honor one attains by dying a Martyr. The blessings they receive for dying in the sake of Allāh were so great, that they wished to relive the experience once again.
And now we shall begin, the stories of the Somāli Martyrs who were martyred in Somalia specifically the Hirān region.
Shaykh Ahmad Shaykh Muhammad
From amongst them was Shaykh Ahmad Shaykh Muhammad. The Shaykh was born in the 1970s. He memorized the Qur’ān in a Islamic school where his father was also a teacher. The brother become a Qur’ān teacher at a very young age; in fact he was in his teens, may Allāh accept his deeds. He studied with many of the well known scholars of his lands in the Hiraan region and throughout Somalia.
The Shaykh also took part in military training, praying for the day he would be able to fight in Jihaad and utilize his training.
The Shaykh went on to study in Makkah al Mukarrahmah hoping that one day he would see Islāmic law established in the Hiraan region and throughout Somalia. When he returned to Somalia, he began doing sermons in the Central mosque in the town of Balad Wayn and teaching on subjects such as the Sunnah, Tafseer and the Arabic Language.
Mu’allim Yasīn
Another of the martyrs was another Imām of the Central mosque, Mu’allim Yasīn. He was born in the city of Balad Wayn. He memorized the Qur’ān at the age of 18. He was a Qur’ān teacher and Imām at his local mosque. He was very well liked by the people of Balad Wayn and they loved to pray behind him at the masjid.
Shaykh Abdur-Rahmān as-Suluq
Another of the martyrs was Shaykh Abdur-Rahmān as-Suluq. He was a man who made a lot of Da’wah for the sake of Allāh. And was known to make lectures and sermons regularly. The people remember he used to travel around the region of Hiraan in his car spreading Da’wah to anyone he could find. He was man of very good manners and who dedicated his life for Islaam.
Shaykh Husayn Barre
Another of the martyrs was Shaykh Husayn Barre. He was from a town by the name of Gula Barde. When we asked the people of his town about him, they cried and told us that he was the defender of the Masaakeen (Poor people). He would fight the Warlords at the checkpoints when they would harass the poor people forcing them to pay large fees. When the Warlords at the checkpoints would hear Husayn Barre was coming, they would flee in all directions. When the people of his town heard of his Martyrdom, they all made Du’aa to Allāh that he would be accepted as a Martyr.
Mu’allim Abdullāh
Another of the martyrs was Mu’allim Abdullāh who was the youngest of the group. He was a very young brother. He was born in the late 80s. He memorized the Qur’ān at his local Madrasah (School) in the town of Balad Wayn. His teacher was Mu’allim ‘Abdun-Nāsir Shaykh Ibrahīm. He taught the Qur’ān at his local Madrasah and he used to give sermons at the Masjid of his Shaykh. He was a beautiful reciter of the Qur’ān and people often compared him with Shaykh Sudays. The townspeople told us that when they prayed behind him, it was as if they were in Makkah itself. This is how beautiful and overwhelming his voice was.

While I have never met maghi85, and ex-Jihadi (nor do I really care to), here are some characteristics of them, and their ilk:
1. Maghi85 is currently enjoying the good life in either the UK, Canada, US, or Australia.
2. If he lives in the US, he definitely voted for Barrack Obama, and most likely even made du’a that Obama wins the election. If he does not live in the US, is still VERY HAPPY that Obama won, and feels that all Muslims should behave like good old uncle Tom’s and lick the ground that Obama walks on so that hopefully, he throws some crumbs in the Muslims direction. Given the chance, he would love nothing more than to have the honour of being the first to do so.
3. Does not understand why Muslims should have any reason to be angry, or have hatred, since, like himself, Muslims are living the good life in the above mentioned countries. So what if the Iraqi sanctions by the UN in the 90’s killed more Iraqi children than 100 9/11’s put together(and by the way, this was BEFORE 9/11, NOT AFTER, BEFORE! LET ME SPELL IT OUT FURTHER: THEY DID THIS FIRST TO THE MUSLIMS OF IRAQ!!!! THEY DIDN’T HARM SADDAM IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER!!!! 5. Believes Hamza Yusuf/Zaid Shakir are the ultimate authorities on Islam here in the west.
6. Loves to highlight the mistakes of Muslims who are fighting the Pharaoh’s of our time, but will overlook the mass murders of the US, the UK, Israel, etc. Why? Again, he thinks he’s civilized and cultured living in the west, and has adopted the philosophy of, “if you can’t beat them, join ‘em.” Sad part is, you bet on the wrong horse dude. Your side is losing. The Mujahideen are winning, and even Uncle Sam is open about it. Say what you want, even the US is OPENLY SAYING, THAT THEY ARE NOT WINNING THE WAR IN IRAQ, NOR IN AFGHANISTAN. Martyrdom Operation destroyed 2 tanks of American invaders army near Bagram airport Wednesday afternoon 04-03-2009, a courageous Mujahid of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Habibullah of Parwan province, carried out a martyrdom operation against a convoy of American invaders near Bagram airbase the base is currently occupied and maintained by the 5th Aviation Battalion (Assault), and 6th Aviation Battalion (GSAB) of the 82nd Airborne Division (Airborne) of the American invaders army, in the attack two enemy tanks were destroyed and all the invaders terrorists in them were killed. While we are having people like Maghi and ExJihadi on this blog, insulting Sh. Anwar and his efforts to revive this dead Ummah. Insulting other brothers & sisters, and the Awliya of Allah…
I just wanted to remind the True Mumin brothers & Mumina sisters here not to forget what has happened in Darfur.
I wanted to bring this to attention during the Gaza conflict – but am doing so now. Specially now that arrest warrant has been issued for that PIG Bashir – may Allah curse him and his followers and turn them into pigs & apes. Ameen.
For a brief moment the Ummah woke up and expressed its anger at the Israeli atrocities. There were World-wide protests, mass rallies in the Muslim world and money collections for the victims of Gaza – and rightly so.
Sh. Anwar has also put a slideshow of the atrocities so we dont forget.
Over 1000 Gazans killed.
But we as an Ummah have not even uttered a single word or protest at the over 300,000 – OVER 300,000 – of our own Sunni brothers and sisters that have been massacred and butchered by the Goddamned Arab Sudanese.
Just because they were black and wanted autonomy. Men & boys massacred, women gang raped, girls as young as 10 being gang raped and left for dead in the burning desert.
Allah be Merciful.
The entire Ummah has been asleep about this. While it is the non-Muslims (actors like George Clooney, etc), that are actually raising this issue and trying to save these people.
I had hoped Sh. Anwar would give a lecture on this, specially one in Arabic, targeted towards the Arabs. But I guess he has enough things on him mind.
Is there a Muslim out there, who can speak out against what has happened?
Is there someone who can feel the pain of the mother whose husband & children were killed before her eyes and her young daughters raped?
As Sh. Anwar has asked the question on the top, I ask the same question: “FOR WHAT CRIME WAS SHE GANG-RAPED & KILLED?”
Can we make duaa for our brothers & sisters in Darfur?
And can we shed tear for them?
Or is it that since they are black, and not Arab or Afghani – they are not worth our effort?
Ps: I am not addressing these questions to my brothers & sisters on this blog that care about this Ummah and are doing all that they can in their effort to serve this Ummah.
May Allah, Most Gracious reward you all & grant you all continued success. Ameen.
I am just burdened by the tragedy that has taken place and am asking this question to the entire Ummah, specially the Arabs.

one reason why i love listening to iman Anwar lectures is that he always backs his opinion with Quran and hadith hence his not speaking from his own desires.

All praise is to Allāh. And peace and blessings be upon Muhammad and upon his companions and his followers.
By the will of Allah, we will share with you the stories of some brothers who were recently martyred in Somalia. Among them shall be Shaykh Ahmed Shaykh Muhammad who was an Imām of Central Mosque, Mu’allim Yasīn, Shaykh Abdur-Rahmān as-Suluq, Shaykh Husayn Barre who also an Imām at Central Mosque and Mu’allim Abdullāh.
All of these brothers were martyrs of the Hirān region [which is in the central of southern Somalia] and they are those whose stories we know of. And those whom we don’t know of, we say that Allāh knows them and we ask Allah to accept them as martyrs for Islām.
Now, brothers and sisters we ask you: are the martyrs equal to those who have stayed behind in their homes? Do we consider them to be the same?
Indeed those who are martyrs, they are people who Allāh has chosen from amongst his Ummah. And who he honored with special mercy. And we should make Du’a that Allah gives us the same honor.
You will notice that many people claim that the Mujāhidīn were defeated in battle. They claim this because of the large number of dead on the side of the Mujāhidīn. They name the great numbers of Scholars and youth who were killed in the battles and consider these losses as being a huge tragedy and obvious defeat.
Brothers and sisters, know that everything that happens in this Dunya is by the will of Allāh. And if Allāh wills something to happen it will happen and if he wills against something, then it will not happen.
Everything is by the decreed of Allāh.
And Allāh tells us in the Qurān:
“If misfortune touches you, [know that] similar misfortune has touched [other] people as well; for it is by turns that We apportion unto men such days [of fortune and misfortune]: and [this] to the end that God might mark out those who have attained to faith, and choose from among you such as [with their lives] bear witness to the truth – indeed Allah loves not the evildoers.” [Al 'Imrān, Verse 140]
Allāh wants to show the people that from amongst us, he will take martyrs whom he has chosen and indeed Allāh loves not the oppressors.
And he will not grant such oppressors the status of Martyrs. So brothers and sisters, let us know that the rewards and honor of the martyrs are tremendous and yet it is something we can all achieve by Allāh’s grace.
The person who is a Martyr will receive seven special rewards:
* He will forgiven of all his wrong doings and sins on the first drop of his blood.
* He will protected from the punishments and torments experienced in the grave.
* When he is being martyred, he will see Paradise before him, the Hoor Al-’Ain and his house in Paradise.
* He will feel safe and experience tranquility on the day of Judgment.
* On his head will be a crown, whose gems and jewels are worth more than everything in and on this earth.
* He will receive 72 Hoor Al-’Ain to be his companions in Paradise.
* He will be given the ability to intercede for 70 of his family members on the day of Judgment.
Thus, on the day of Judgment the martyr shall plead to Allah on the behalf of his family.
He will say, ‘O Allāh, these people are of my family so please protect them from the Hell Fire and join them with me in the Gardens’. And Allāh will accept this from him.
In Sahih al-Muslim, there is an hadith narrated by Abdullāh bin Mas’ūd (may Allāh be pleased with him) which states that the souls of the Martyrs shall dwell in the stomachs of green birds in Paradise. They shall dwell beneath the throne of Allāh and will fly wherever they may please.
And Allāh will say to them, “Is there anything you want from me”. And they will reply, “O Allah, why would we want anything more, when we are in Paradise going wherever we please, eating and drinking whatever we want”.
When they realize that Allāh continues to repeat the question, “What else do you want from me” ?
They reply, “O Allāh, we want you to put our souls back in our bodies so that we may be killed for your sake once again”.
Subhān’Allāh, they have already been martyred in the way of Allāh and yet they want to be martyred again for the sake of Allāh. This truly signifies the great honor one attains by dying a Martyr. The blessings they receive for dying in the sake of Allāh were so great, that they wished to relive the experience once again.
And now we shall begin, the stories of the Somāli Martyrs who were martyred in Somalia specifically the Hirān region.

@ Curious, Prophets were sent to mankind all through the ages starting from Adam AS to Mohammad SAS. Every nation was given guidance in some form or other whether it was German tribes of 300 BC or tribes of South America in 300 AD or Eskimos of 15th century. Their abode in heaven or hell depends upon their deeds and their beliefs. I am not sure but the 300 BC was period when some predecessors of Jesus AS were sent as Prophets. If these tribes followed the teachings of the Prophets that were in the same time then they would be in heaven. Allah knows best. Quran specifically mentions 29 Prophets but Hadith talks about thousands that were sent all acoss the continents for guidance to mankind. The advent of Prophet SAS in 7th Century was necessitated by the need of the hour as the teachings of Jesus AS were tampered and Bible became more of a word of man than a word of God Almighty. The nations before the coming of Prophet Mohammad SAS were not obliged to know about Mohammad SAS who was seal of the Prophets from 7th century until doomsday.

Al-Aswad ibn Saree’, reported that the Prophet of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “There are four who will appeal to Allaah on the Day of Resurrection: the deaf man who never heard anything, the insane man, the very old man, and the man who died during the fatrah [the interval between the time of Jesus (sAaws) and the time of Muhammad (sAaws)]. The deaf man will say, ‘O Lord, Islam came but I never heard anything.’ The insane man will say, ‘O Lord, Islam came but the children ran after me and threw stones at me.’ The very old man will say, ‘O Lord, Islam came but I did not understand anything.’ The man who died during the fatrah will say, ‘O Lord, no Messenger from You came to me.’ He will take a covenant of obedience from them, then word will be sent to them to enter the Fire. By the One in Whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, if they enter it, it will be cool and safe for them.”
According to another report, he said: “Whoever enters it, it will be cool and safe for him, and whoever does not enter it will be dragged to it.” (The hadeeth was reported by Imaam Ahmad and Ibn Hibbaan, and deemed saheeh by al-Albaani, Saheeh al-Jaami’, 881).

I get nervous when I see such good work because if something happens to Sh Anwar like if he gets arrested again or dies there are not many english speaking sincere scholars that we can look up to and get motivation from especially in the subject of jihad because everyone wants to sweep it under the rug.

I have to tell you few things that I don’t think you know they are really important, and I am not saying this stuff out of pride, I just want to make that clear. Pakistan is the only Muslim country with nuclear weapons, and has one of the strongest army. In 1999 when we were going to test the nuclear weapon, Israel was getting ready to bomb Pakistan. Israeli commander in chief was in Pakistan was in Kashmir three months ago, and right now there Israeli radars on the line of control. Israel is also involved in the Mumbai Drama. Israel has declared war with Pakistan science 1948. So saying that Pakistan has no issue with Israel is wrong, and is historical wrong. Israel has a serious problem with us, and the second thing is that in 1967 all Arab countries air forces were destroyed so they asked Pakistan for helped. Our fighter pilots in 1965 went and destroyed Israeli fighter pilots after that Israelis went mad. All Arab countries got protection from Pakistanis fighter pilots. 1974 war when Israel same with new weapons system technology and they were going to Syria, Egypt, Jordan. Then Pakistani pilots went again, and in 1973 we defeated them again. In the entire Muslim World only Pakistan is the only country who has destroyed Israel in air to air combat. They hate us 100% they were not able to bring down even one of our plains and we brought down all of their plains. In 1982 when general Areal Sharon he was the defense minister when he took control of Beirut, he said if I had orders from prime minster I will march with my tanks until I reach Karachi until I took control Karachi until I conquer Pakistan. I’ve been reading about Islam for some time and I’m impressed by the simple, straightforward approach to the concept of Monotheism, but I can’t get my head around subjects in the Qur’aan that deal with history like Alexander the great. Some Muslims refer to Alexander as Dhul Qarnain. If so, it must be noted that history has recorded his beliefs to be somewhat different to the concept of Monotheism. For example, he travelled to an Egyptian priest in the desert and at the temple of an Egyptian diety, Amon, Alexander the great asked if he would be ruler of the Earth. He was told that he would be and that Amon recognised him as the son of god.
Pardon the long tangent, but isn’t Amon an idol? And wasn’t Dhul-Qarnain a prophet or messenger? Please help me understand this, anyone.

As for Iblees, he was not a fallen angel (as christians believe), instead he was among the djinn.
Allah says in Quran;
وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ كَانَ مِنَ الْجِنِّ فَفَسَقَ عَنْ أَمْرِ رَبِّهِ ۗ أَفَتَتَّخِذُونَهُ وَذُرِّيَّتَهُ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِنْ دُونِي وَهُمْ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ ۚ بِئْسَ لِلظَّالِمِينَ بَدَلًا
Translation; “And (remember) when We said to the angels;”Prostrate yourselves unto Adam.” So they prostrated themselves except Iblîs (Satan). He was one of the jinn; he disobeyed the Command of his Lord. Will you then take him (Iblîs) and his offspring as protectors and helpers rather than Me while they are enemies to you? What an evil is the exchange for the Zâlimûn (polytheists, and wrong-doers).”
[Surah Al-Kahf; 'The cave', Chapter; 18, ayah 50]

As for Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) alehi salam he was a true monothiest in times of tyrrant Nimrod & Abraham worshipped Allah alone in hot summer of sumaria.
Allah said in Quran translation of which is;
Translation; “And who can be better in religion than one who submits his face (himself) to Allâh (i.e. follows Allâh’s religion of Islâmic Monotheism); and he is a Muhsin (a good-doer). And follows the religion of Ibrâhim, Hanifa (Islâmic Monotheism – to worship none but Allâh Alone). And Allâh did take Ibrâhim as a Khalil (an intimate friend)!

As for the Dhul qarnain he wasn’t alexander, though some ancient exegesis writers did have this opinion but it wasn’t a matter of surity.
There were/are many constraints to this theory, a) Alexander dint travel north, whereas QUran explicitly mentions Dhul Qarnain’s travel to north. b) Alexander was a gay & was not monotheist according to historical accounts, whereas Dhul Qarnain was a pious man.(Translation; “He(Dhul-Qarnain) said: “This is a mercy from my Lord, but when the Promise of my Lord comes, He shall level it down to the ground. And the Promise of my Lord is ever true.”)

The identification of Zul-Qarnain has been a controversial matter from the earliest times. in general the commentators have been of the opinion that he was Alexander the Great but the characteristics of Zul-Qarnain described in the Qur’an are not applicable to him. However, now the commentators are inclined to believe that Zul-Qarnain was Cyrus, an ancient king of Iran. We are also of the opinion that probably Zul-Qarnain was Cyrus, but the historical facts, which have come to light up to this time, are not sufficient to make any categorical assertion.

Now let us consider the characteristics of Zul-Qarnain in the light of his story as given in the Quran:

(1) The title Zul-Qarnain (”The Two-Horned”) should have been quite familiar to the Jews, for it was at their instigation that the disbelievers of Makkah put this question to the Holy Prophet. Therefore we must turn to the Jewish literature in order to learn who was the person known as “The Two-Horned” or which was the kingdom known as “The Two-Horned.”

(2) Zul-Qarnain must have been a great ruler and a great conqueror whose conquests might have spread from the East to the West and on the third side to the North or to the South. Before the revelation of the Qur’an there had been several persons, who were such great conquerors. So we must confine our research for the other characteristics of Zul-Qarnain to one of these persons.

(3) This title should be applicable to such a ruler who might have constructed a strong wall across a mountain pass to protect his kingdom from the incursions of Gog and Magog. In order to investigate this thing, we will have to determine as to who were Gog and Magog. We will also have to find out when such a wall was built and by whom and to which territory it was adjacent.

(4) Besides possessing the above-mentioned characteristics, he should also be a God-worshiper and a just ruler, for the Qur’an has brought into prominence these characteristics more than anything else.

The first of these characteristics is easily applicable to Cyrus, for according to the Bible Prophet Daniel saw in his vision that the united kingdom of Media and Persia was like a two-horned ram before the rise of the Greeks. (Dan. 8: 3,”20). The Jews had a very high opinion of “The Two-horned” one, because it was his invasion which brought about the downfall of the kingdom of Babylon and the liberation of the Israelites (Please also refer to E.N. 8 of Chapter XVII).

The second characteristic is applicable to him to a great extent but not completely. Though his conquests spread to Syria and Asia Minor in the West and to Bakhtar (Balkh) in the East, there is no trace of any of his great expeditions to the North or to the South, whereas the Qur’an makes an explicit mention of his third expedition. Nevertheless, this third expedition is not wholly out of question for history tells us that his kingdom extended to Caucasia in the North. As regards Gog and Magog, it has been nearly established that they were the wild tribes of Central Asia who were known by different names: Tartars, Mongols, Huns and Scythians, who ‘had been making inroads on settled kingdoms and empires from very ancient times. It is also known that strong bulwarks had been built in southern regions of Caucasia, though it has not been as yet historically established that these were built by Cyrus.

As regards the last characteristic, Cyrus is the only known conqueror among the ancient rulers, to whom this may be applicable, for even his enemies have been full of praise for him for his justice, and, Ezra, a book of the Bible, asserts that he was Allah-worshiper and a Allah-fearing king who set free the Israelites because of his Allah-worship, and ordered that the Temple of Solomon should be rebuilt for the worship of Allah; Who has no partner.

In the light of the above, we admit that of all the conquerors, who had passed away before the revelation of the Qur’an, Cyrus alone is the one to whom the characteristics of “Zul-Qarnain” are most applicable, but we need more evidence to determine specifically that Cyrus is definitely “Zul-Qarnain.” Anyhow, there is no other conqueror to whom the characteristics stated in the Qur’an are as much applicable as to Cyrus.
Historically it is enough to say that Cyrus was a Persian ruler, whose rise began about 549 B.C. In a few years, he conquered the kingdom of Media and Lydia and afterwards conquered Babylon in 539 B.C. After this no powerful kingdom was left to oppose him. His conquests extended to Sind and the territory known as Turkistan on one side, and to Egypt and Libya and to Thrace and Macedonia and to Caucasia and Khawarzam in the North. In fact, the whole civilized world was under his sway.

I have a few points about this lecture that I do not agree with.
There was no differentiation between Using material force in places under direct occupation and the use of material force in areas controlled by tyrant rules. In the Q and A, you metioned Battle of Badr and so on. Was this not done as a fully autonomous state?
“stablishing the Islamic system is an obligation, and we must look to the manner in which the Prophet (saaws) worked to change the setup of the society from a non-Islamic one to an Islamic society. Surveying the life of the Prophet (saaws) shows clearly that the Prophet (saaws) did not engage in any type of material action in Mecca while he was working to establish the Islamic system. It was only when the Islamic system was established, and the Islamic state was in place, that the Prophet (saaws) carried out material actions.”
2)The Shariah definition of jihad is the last stage of the Islamic foreign policy in which the Islamic State utilizes diplomacy and force to remove barriers that obstruct the Dawah of Islam from reaching the people. Therefore, the jihad is not used in order to establish an Islamic State or to change the status quo; rather, the jihad is a tool used by the Islamic State for a specific purpose. Furthermore, the Prophet (saaws) never waged jihad as an emir of a group; hence, there was never any jihad group in Islam. The Prophet (saaws) always waged jihad either as a Head of State or a Commander of an Army, and both necessitate the existence of the Islamic State.

A study conducted by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has cast doubt over Israel’s survival beyond the next 20 years.
The CIA report predicts “an inexorable movement away from a two-state to a one-state solution, as the most viable model based on democratic principles of full equality that sheds the looming specter of colonial Apartheid while allowing for the return of the 1947/1948 and 1967 refugees. The latter being the precondition for sustainable peace in the region.”
The study, which has been made available only to a certain number of individuals, further forecasts the return of all Palestinian refugees to the occupied territories, and the exodus of two million Israeli – who would move to the US in the next fifteen years.
“There is over 500,000 Israelis with American passports and more than 300,000 living in the area of just California,” International lawyer Franklin Lamb said in an interview with Press TV on Friday, adding that those who do not have American or western passport, have already applied for them.
“So I think the handwriting at least among the public in Israel is on the wall…[which] suggests history will reject the colonial enterprise sooner or later,” Lamb stressed.
He said CIA, in its report, alludes to the unexpectedly quick fall of the apartheid government in South Africa and recalls the disintegration of the Soviet Union in the early 1990s, suggesting the end to the dream of an ‘Israeli land’ would happen ‘way sooner’ than later.
The study further predicts the return of over one and a half million Israelis to Russia and other parts of Europe, and denotes a decline in Israeli births whereas a rise in the Palestinian population.

You shall surely see the next president follow those before him, from the first traitor of Pakistan, the alcoholic and pork eating Mr Jinnah (the britsh colonialist puppet) to the communist loving Bhutto Family to Nawaz sharif. Mr Jinnah promised his British masters that he will follow in the footsteps of his role model Kemal Ataturk in secularising Pakistan keeping Allah’s laws out of the constitution and courts and in its political systems. Musharraf reiterated the very same word once he was put in power by his Master in Washington. Just a few days ago they tried to fool the muslims of Pakistan by celebrating so called INDEPENDENCE, but knowing that their government is ALWAYS DEPENDENT on the kufr leaders of the west dictating to them where to lead the ummah, so to keep them under their control. As we see the price of bread becoming unaffordable to the poor despite the great agriculture history of Pakistan, or the increase in fuel prices despite the fact Pakistan has one of the greatest uranium fields and gas reserves and mineral not compared by any other nation, and a military capability to become a major power broker. Yet the kufr leader of Pakistan have chained the ummah to the whims of the kuffar. The enemy of Allah, Musharraf was declared by those in the corridors as “one of the most loyal allies in the battle against radical Islamist”, “who wish to establish a global Islamic empire called the caliphate, by overthrowing moderate governments”, as in Bush’s owns word, “a state that will threaten US and its allies interests”. Musharraf in his arrogance like pharaoh thought he can silence the Muwahideen and stop the plan of Allah from coming to pass. He time and time again, insulted the Muwahideen as a “minority of lunatics” who will soon be eliminated from Pakistan and will be no longer mentioned, his slaughter of the shariah lovers in lal Masjid, the murder of thousands in Waziristan and oppression of the lovers of shariah in the western borderns of Pakistan, giving airports to the US forces and permission to establish CIA and FBI offices in Pakistan to torture muslims, who resist the oppression and puppet rulers. Indeed the Kufr ruler, plotted and planned, so did Allah (swt) and verily Allah is the best of Planner.We thank Allah (swt) that we have seen a portion of his Plan as the ummah has distanced themselves from thes agent rulers and working for the sharia & khilafah to win the Pleasure of Allah, to fullfill the rights of Tawhid. This is nothing new in the war against the believers, very similar were the words of Qureysh against Nabi (saw). When the taunted The rose of Allah (saw) and the death of his beloved sons Ibrahim ibn Muhammad (saw) and Qasim ibn Muhammad (saw), They laughed as he(saw) mourned their death, indeed the rose of Allah feeling was hurt, so his best friend Allah(swt) comforted him. The taunted Nabi (saw), by saying leave him, ignore him, he has only a few followers, his sons (may Allah be pleased with them) don’t survive, when He (saw) dies, his call will die with him, as no son has he to continue his call (Allah hum rabil gafir lee).. such were the statement and taunt from ibn wa’il, Uqbah, Abu Lahab, Abu Jahl and the other Qurayshi leaders But Blessed is Nabi (saw) who has Allah (swt) to comfort his Heart, Indeed this friendship of Nabi (saw) and Allah (swt) is the most loyal Friendship in all that exist in the heavens and the Earth. Allah revealed surah Al Kawthar’s three might sentences. In which Allah granted Nabi (saw) the leadership of earth and in Jannah, and the authority of the hawd e Kawthar, and Allah threatens the kafirs with a mighty promise, that the entire world will see. The last verse is for all time not just for nabi (saw) for for any zamana in the future. In the first Ayah of this mighty surah Allah cheers up Nabi (saw) and tells Nabi (saw) of his reward of his mighty struggle to establish the hukm (law) of Allah on this earth, What amazes the thinker of the ayahs of Allah is, this surah was revealed when Nabi (saw) was on in the beginning stages of the dawah in Makka. Allah say “we have certainly given you al Kawthar, Kawthar derived from Kathrah (ie abdundence which is unlimited and without restriction, The first abundance being the honour of having the Quran being revealed on his (saw) shoulders, a mighty kitab that the heaven and earth follow in submission to Allah, except the one in who’s heart is a disease, a Kitab that is the pure word of the Creator of the heavens and the Earth. And that which he (saw) does will also be a law from Allah, which every human is obliged to follow, from every cornor of the earth. Also granted the abundance of the Akhirah. Imam Ahmed narrated from Anas (ra), that a man asked Nabi (saw) “O messenger of Allah! What is al kawthar”. He (saw) replied “it is a river in Jannah which my Rab has given me. It is whiter than milk and sweeter than honey. There are bird in it who’s necks are long like carrots”. Umar (ra) said “O RasoolAllah! Verily they (the birds) will be beautiful”, The Nabi of Allah (saw) replied “the one who eats them (ie ahle Jannah) will be more beautiful than them O Umar”. Said Ibn Jubayr (ra) said “the al kawthar is a part of the goodness Allah Gave RasoolAllah (saw) In the second Ayah “Therefore turn in prayer to your Lord and make Sacrifice” This ayah orders Nabi (saw) to focus on the worship of Allah and the work to make Allah deen Supreme by working for the implementation of the shariah, and the ayah hints at not making any partners with Allah in personal Ibadah on even very minute personal matter like their food, as all have to be in line with the hukm (law) of Allah, and this is the impliction of tawhid on a muslims life, i.e to make their life in line with the hukm of Allah. In the Last Ayah Allah threatens the Kuffar who fight and oppose the tawhid of Allah and His (swt) sovereignty, “Verily those (enemies who hate you (O Muhammad (saw)) shall be cut off” (tmq al quran). The mufasireen have all agreed this is a response to the taunts of the mushrik leaders of Makka and is not restricted to time, but is a promise for all time, for those who oppose the call to implement tawhid (i.e the sovereignty of Allah (swt). And their taunt shall become their fate.. Meaning they shall be cut off from their offspring and not remembered or followed. As the mushrik leaders who made their own laws, and kufr rulers in the Islamic land with their system of democratic shirk, keep saying. No one will follow the muwahideen, the radicalist, the fanatics, they will no longer be remembered after their deaths, Allah promises their work will not be waste full, And Allah gave the beautiful example in the quran of the boy in the example of surah Burooj, the only caller of tawhid and the only one to challenge the king of shirk of his time. One would think the call of tawhid would be abolished on his murder of the only boy declaring tawhid, but Allah mentions in surah burooj the shahadah of the boy in surah Burooj became, the best dawah for the nation to make them to ponder over their false deen and false laws and kings. Allah U Akbar, there is no corner of this earth now that does not have believers sending salawaat on the mention of the boy in Mentioned in surah Burooj and on his Imam, i.e Muhammad (saw). But Allah is alway true to His promise, those who taunted him (saw), that his call will cease upon his (saw) death are no longer remembered, but only remembered by Muslim who only mention them for their doom in this world and the next. Indeed they have been cut off. Indeed Musharaf and the entire leaders of kufr in the Islamic lands, from Saudi Arabia, to uzebekistan from Bosnia to Indonesia, they reiterated the same and murdered muslims who want the shariah established., the political system of Allah, the Khilafah. They wished their call would cease on their blessed graves, bathed by the angels and in which they rest, given sustenance directly from Allah (swt), waiting for the hour to be established on the command of their lord, to enter Jannah al firdos. While the enemies of Islam are least remembered and when they are the are cursed by the believers and the angels and the heavens and the earth, be they Ataturk, be they al Saud, be they Assad, Bhutto, Mubarak, Hussain, Alawi or Karzai of the modern day jahiliyah, Verily they are cut off from the muslims they claim to be leaders of and are only used by their masters for their own interest and then throwing them in the bin, once used. Their fate shall be the same as Uqbah, Abu Lahab, Abu Jahl and Waleed ibn Mugayrah (Allah lahnnah be on them and on all and the zalimeen). As we witness the call for the shariah rock the thrones of the tawageet (false gods/legislators), and the candles of tawgheet being blown out one by one.Soon they shall be history, and remembered as those who opposed Allah and his messenger. And on the day of Qayamah these self professed gods will says “Ahh If only my sultanate had perished” Allah will say “Take them into the blazing fire and tie them with chains 70 cubits in length” on that day the self professed legislators and self professed kings will say, when the book is given in their left hand “ if Only death had been the ceasing of my existence” (tmq al quran surah Haqqah). Indeed Mushrraf has already been cut off and so shall be the fate of the entire rulers of kufr, the agents of the colonialists and their shirk democractic systems in Muslim Land Praise be to Allah who said and promised the believers Wa seyallam ala dheena zalimoo ehy min Qalab yan qaliboon“And soon the oppressors will know the consequences of their actions” (tmq al quran) Praise be to Allah who promised the mumineen”Perish the hands of Abu Lahab, Perish he. His (abu lahabs) wealth will notavail him” Doomed is he is the fire of Hell The Scholars of Haq said this is a promise that anyone who trend the path torender the men from the path of Allah, or even so much as to contemplateattacking the muwahideen, then this promise of Allah will apply to themalso. But the ummah needs to remember that the face of kufr will change in Pakistan but the engine of the machine which churns out murtadeen rulers remains, this engine of corruption is democracy and every man made legislation. For this you must work to remove the engine of corruption make Pakistan a leading nation, to prepare the army of tawhid to respond the the cries of the mothers and sisters and son of this ummah in any corner of the earth. We give glad tiding to the ummah in Pakistan, for nabi (saw) said “Verily I feel a cool breeze coming from Al Hind” and Nabi (saw) said “and when you see the black banner rise in khursaan (Southern Iran ,Afghanistan, Pakistan /Kashmir).. If you have to crawl on your bellies on Ice to get their .. Then do so… for their you will find your Imam (leader/caliph). Musharraf may have escaped the court of this corrupt system of democracy, but will not escape the court of the khilafah and the court of the Allah in the akhirah, for impeachment is to suttle a punishment you you and the apostate rulers we have in our lands. I would like to comment on one of the question, the sister had asked about the Sawat issue, It is true that schools are bombed, people are butchered like goats, this is the case which is not an easy thing to understand.
If you remember case of Naik Muhammad who did a peace deal with Pak government but was bombed by CIA, in the begining around 2001 to 2002 and aftwards, with whosever Pakistan tried to make peace deals, US bombed them to create hatred against Pakistan government, in which they succeeded they were able to penetrate and create a group, who calimed themselves Pakistan Taliban, but they were supported from Afghanistan through CIA & Raw agents to ruthlessly attack Pakistan Army and civilians as well. This policy produced few advantages for CIA plan to destablize and to further move to disintegrate Pakistan. Army was unaware untill Baitullah Mehsood Case was exposed who was not only attacking Pakistan Army but who also started propagating message that since Pakistan has no islamic government and Pakistani people are responsible for thier government as well, so they are Kafir and killing Pakistnai citizens is also Jehad. Once Pakistan Army identified his convy to CIA and asked them to eliminate, CIA drones were flying right above his convoy but they were able to escape under CIA’s cover. This was the time when Pakistan army realized whats happening and since then trying to disengage iteslef from CIA’s war on Terror, in 1st Phase. Inshallah then 2nd phase will be kicing out USA from Afghanistan.
The reason why this fake pak taliban group who was backed from CIA & Raw, was killing people, because this was the only way to create hatred in Pakistani people against Afghan Taliban who I believe are real talibans and are fighting under the leadership of Mullah Omer. This was the reason why Mullah Omer did not associate himself from pakistan taliban group and never supported their attacks on Pakistan.

I appreciate the sincerity of your belief now, but I do think that I would want Islam to re-emerge through the beauty and intelligence of the creed, and not by militaristic measures. We should obviously stand up for the sake of justice against infringing injustices and barbarism. But we have a responsibility to be good Muslims in this world and participate in enjoining good for all people in this world, and we should as Muslims protect the lives of people and bring back the rule of Allah (swt) by the example and beauty of our creed through its intellectual and moral guidelines. Question: How much distance a muslim woman can go without a Mehram?? What about a woman who has no father or husband or brother and she is the one who is taking care of her mother and other youunger sisters and she also has to go out for shopping and for other important reasons. What is the ruling for her to go out without a mehram, and also if one’s husband is not at home and she has to go out for any important matter…ccan she go by taking any of her sister with her??

Dr Zaid Hamid is a Munafiq, he has been supporting a false prophet in Karachi in 2000 who was sentenced to death by court of that time and Zaid Hamid did his best to save his friend. FYI Zaid hamid was given status of ABu baker siddique by that false prophet.. he is a big fitna and a murtad.. if you have doubts you can research on Zaid Hamid and inshaAllah you will find the facts I am telling you.

In present era Jihad is more required then performance of Nafli Hajj. Jihad is Fardh al ayn today. MashaAllah Shaykh is doing great job and I’m feeling enlightened.
