Anyone can verify what is returned using a CIDR/Netmask calculator, through use of free CIDR tools provided online, such as at DNSStuff.com. Therefore, J's 28 May 2007 accusations were made without any basis in fact. The NSA IP blocks provided are indeed accurate, as long as one ignores the extraneous CIDR calculation results returned when using any CIDR calculator tool.

According to http://cryptome.org/nsa-ip-blocks.htm, any address starting with 58.x.x.x is NSA. I do not think that is true. My IP from my ISP here in Australia is within that range. I think your lists are wrong, becoming too general. In fact one of them lists 0.0.0.0/1, which is all the IP addresses starting with 0 -> 127. Hmm. Unplug network cable, and ping 127.0.0.1... I get a reply. Therefore the NSA is tapping into my computer wirelessly :-)
