A. has called attention to the yellow lines added to PDFs of the court documents which appear to be redactions in older versions of Acrobat Reader. The yellow lines are actually highlights of text added by the source of the documents, and the underlying text is visible with Acrobat Reader 6.0 and later.

Attached to this message you will find a copy of a court documents, which when examined next to the other documents will raise more than a few eyebrows.
First note that he is a convicted felon, and more specifically a VIOLENT convicted felon with access to explosives, and materials to make bombs. Did I mention that he is a VIOLENT FELON?
Next, he has full unrestricted access to the country emergency operations center, is allowed to illegally carry a gun, has close access to the governor for the state of Maryland... and the people who run the Emergency Operations Center KNOW that he is a convicted felon as two of them were actually part of the court proceedings to get his gun right restored.
Further, he has been providing illegal surveillance equipment to cops outside of normal channels so that they can run illegal bugging operations outside of court oversight.
He has also been selling foreign bugs to the DOJ and FBI, even though they know he is a felon.
Note that the Harford Country Emergency Operation Center is a Department of Homeland Security Location to which he has full access. Have I mentioned that he is a VIOLENT FELON, who has stated in court documents that he has access to thousands of pounds of explosives, AND full access to a DHS facility?

Did I mention that he is a violent felon, working in a trusted position in a highly sensitive DHS bunker? and that he has a history of illegally possessing guns, and has access to explosives?
He is sort of the kind of person that is not supposed to be working in these kinds of places, but if you very carefully research this matter you will find that it was a political appointment that came about after he spoke at a congressional hearing, which got Scolla an appointment, which Uhrig used to get into the RACES position at the EOC.
