It is listed under a news item dated 18 March 2011. The photographs were published by a number of  UK Newspapers (faces blanked) which also have not identified the individuals involved. Jimmy Fox is an ex-IRA prisoner who runs IRA Glorification tours and is directly involved in the management and running of the Ti Chulainn Centre. This center in has received EU and State funding.
