Comodo Hack Databases?

Cryptome has received two files which might be those described on Pastebin by "Comodohacker" on March 26, 2011:

I hacked Comodo from InstantSSL.it, their CEO's e-mail address mfpenco@mfpenco.com
Their Comodo username/password was: user: gtadmin password: globaltrust
Their DB name was: globaltrust and instantsslcms

The two files received:

globaltrust.bak (dated March 15, 2011, 33MB)

instantsslcms.bak (dated March 15, 2011, 10MB)

We do not have a program to open the files which begin with the word "TAPE" and a reference to Microsoft SQL Server.
