A sends: Google has been busy acquiring non-attributable IP blocks from which to perform investigations into users' alleged non-compliance with their various policies. One such block [213.155.151.232] - [213.155.151.239] until about a year ago was owned by Stockholm, Sweden operator TeliaSonera AB. http://www.robtex.com/ip/213.155.151.232.html#whois However, it is now operated covertly by Google's Adsense advertising programme's policy compliance investigations unit in Dublin, Ireland. At least this confirms the switch from Sweden to Ireland (most other IP look-ups still report Telia):- http://www.ipf1.com/info/213.155.151.232.html I have forensic-grade proof, but publishing would reveal methods.
