Date: Wed, 03 Jul 2013 16:05:20 -0400 On September 14, 2001 the NSA initiated a program on eavesdropping of all or the telephone and internet traffic of all U.S. Citizens, and concealed this quite unlawful program under many layers of secrecy, not because it as in the interests of national security, but rather to hide the violation of the Fourth Amendment.
