FISC Clerk LeeAnn Flynn Hall v. NSA

I don't have a PACER account but you might have a look at the case of LeeAnn Flynn Hall v. Lt. Gen. Keith B. Alexander in the US District Court for Maryland.

From what I can find on the internet it looks like the case was ultimately thrown out.

LeeAnn Flynn Hall is presently a clerk at the FISC if one can go by the stamps on scanned documents from their public filings page

But was previously (and kind of astoundingly) the "Deputy Director, Legislative Affairs" at NSA, as well as "Assistant Director (NSA Detailee)" at "President's Intelligence Advisory Board", at least according to this Linkedin page:
