The spreadsheet with more details, enumerating individual files, which allows
one to audit and do new analyses.
My Notes (verbose, 107 pages). A lot of cut and paste from the original GITMO
files. They were generally OCR'd, but not always. The bookmark note is just
that, I alternated between taking notes and building the charts. This prevented
me from losing my place.
