Alleged Manning Downloads Far Exceed Publication

The total downloads appear to far exceed what WikiLeaks has published.

Total State Department downloads are 5.7 times in size (9.9GB) of the cables published (1.7GB).

Relation is unknown of these sources, if any, to WikiLeaks "insurance" files and three XYZ files not decrypted.

The two Google related sources at NGA and NSA have not been identified.

Note "treasuremap" of NSA which has been identified in the Snowden releases.
