Check out this area at Oceana. It's in an isolated portion of the base
away from main base functions.
This area is intriguing because it has a double fence:

Here is a C-17 Globemaster being loaded or unloaded on a pad near the
double fenced site:

My guess is that it is some kind of SOCOM outfit, possibly a staging area
for SEAL Team 6 from Dam Neck. These hangars also in the area are supposedly
