DESC: This is a request for quote (RFQ) for services prepared
  in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, as supplemented
  with additional information included in this notice. This announcement
  constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested
  and a written RFQ will not be issued. RFQ document and incorporated
  provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal
  Acquisition Circular 91-27. This solicitation is not a set
  aside. The associated Standard Industrial Classification Code
  is 4899 with a small business size standard of $18,000,000.00.
  The National Imagery and Mapping Agency intends to award, on
  a sole source basis, to General Dynamics Communications Systems
  an order for the repair of seven "Fastlane" KG-175 devices
  to support the existing Communications Security (COMSEC) Program
  at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency. The purpose of
  equipment is to encrypt information that is transmitted outside
  of NIMA controlled spaces. The KG-57 FASTLANE is the main COSMEC
  device that NIMA uses to perform that function. All offerors
  must be authorized by the National Security Agency (NSA) to
  repair this equipment. The provisions of 52.213-4, Terms and
  conditions-Simplified Acquisitions (Other Than Commercial Items,
  apply to this acquisition with no addenda. CBD Note 22 applies
  to this Acquisition. Under the authority of USC 2304(c)(1)
  pursuant to FAR 6.302.1, only one responsible source and no
  other items/services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested
  parties shall submit offers with the following information:
  Offerors's 9 digit Contractor Establishment Code (CEC); Federal
  Tax Identification Number (TIN); Remit to address if different,
  and business size. Offers are to be delivered to NIMA, 4600
  Sangamore Road, Mail Stop D-88, Attn: Kelly Ashton, Bethesda,
  Maryland, 20816 within 10 days after CBD announcement. Please
