-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Greetings, Here is a utility, "csscat", for decrypting dvd movies. I wrote it because I can't get the css-auth programs to work on my system -- they seem to depend on the region code being set. Even if css-auth works on your system, you might still find this utility easier to use. Assuming that your dvd drive is mounted on /mnt/cdrom and /dev/dvd is the device file of your drive, all you need to type is: csscat /mnt/cdrom/video_ts/vts_01_1.vob part1.mpeg The program is based on the VideoLan project's libdvdcss library which is immune to region codes. It has been tested under Linux only. However, since libdvdcss runs on many architectures, I doubt you will have trouble getting it to compile under your system of choice. I am releasing this program anonymously. FEEL FREE TO MIRROR THIS PROGRAM!!!! -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iEYEARECAAYFAjwmRroACgkQNFCSU90wNyx1hQCeNMo2fUDkEZRlgiztrhBX4wfR m0MAni1gNLlZAPfiC6Nxibuus+tC+flj =moxO -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- csscat-0.1.tar.gz
