It seems that Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) fever has spread down to England too, with no less than seven PDFs making up "Sotonsafe" - Southampton Council's similar emergency plans for the nuclear submarine Z-berth situated at the city's docks. In this instance, rather than a special jetty, the Z-berth is merely a designation of berths 38 and 39 which usually accommodate ocean going cruise liners.
The documents were much easier to find from the top level of Southampton Council's website too - just choose "Advice" and then "Emergency Planning" and you're there!
Perhaps the Highland Council should take note and make their website more FOIA friendly!
Also on England's south coast, Plymouth Council (for the Z-berths at the Royal Naval Dockyard at Devonport and in the middle of Plymouth Sound) have also buried their advice down many levels on their website:

There aren't any links to PDFs of the full Emergency Plan report - they just advise people to traipse down to their local library and to read the Protect and Survive style leaflets distributed to homes in the vicinity.
