The Monthly Women's Day organized by ISAF-RCC held a meeting on the 24th of April. The topic of the meeting was "children" due to the fact that yesterday was National Children's Day in Turkey. The meeting consisted of discussions on the education, health and the rights of children. Deputy Minister of Women's Affairs Professor Mujgan Mustafavi, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Sureya Peykan, along with women soldiers and police officers of ISAF, IJC, RCC, ANA and ANP attended the meeting. Prof. Mujgan Mustafavi was quoted in a speech saying: " They don't have access to most of their rights and they are living in deprivation. I hope we all join together nationally and internationally to solve the problem of our lovely children and present them a bright future. |
