Specifically, "Toward a New Digital Communication Technology Based on Nonlinear Dynamics and Chaos," published by the U.S. Army Research Office in November 1996, at: http://www.aro.ncren.net/mcsc/sarrepor/nonlindv.htm This report was the basis for the BAA for the MURI "Digital Communication Devices Based on Nonlinear Dynamics and Chaos" in "The Department of Defense Fiscal Year 1998 MULTIDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH PROGRAM of the UNIVERSITY RESEARCH INITIATIVE (MURI)" at: http://www.onr.navy.mil/sci_tech/special/onrmuri.htm It's not actually the title of my project, which is much more mundane. 'Chaotic communications' was the exact phrase search term that turned up a recent news article about a DOD contract award on related research. It was one of the few directly relevant URLs turned up by my initial search efforts. The article is at: http://biz.yahoo.com/upi/98/03/06/general_news/uswireless_1.html
