What is Legal DataBase "FOND" ?

During its 20-year-long history, the Scientific Centre of Legislative Information (SCLI) has acquired extensive experience in the field of legal data electronic processing.

SCLI OFFERS:

A Legal DataBase "FOND" created for courts and justice institutions and contains more than 330000 entries (decries of President of Russia, desisions of Goverment etc.)

A Legal DataBase "FOND-RUSSIA" of the States of Russian Federation.

A Legal DataBase "FOND-CIS" of the countries-members of the Commonwealth of Independent States

Our users are:

The State Duma of the Federation of Russia;
The Council of the Federation;
The Government of Russia
The Constitutional, Supreme and Higher Arbitration Courts of Russia;
The Office of the Procurator General;
The Security Council;
The Security Service of the President of the Federation of Russia;
The Tax Police Department;
The Main State Law Administration of the President of Russia.

The Centres of Legal Informatisation of the Justice Ministry of the Federation of Russia are situated in:
