The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has withdrawn online access to the guides listed below on nuclear materials and plant protection. They have been retrieved from a Korean nuclear safety web site through Google listings. The Korean document archive is an intranet closed to direct access by outsiders. Without access to a document directory, the files were retrieved by sequential downloading of URLs:
