From an ordinary viewpoint the three US Government branches are a blur, an imperceptible spec, as if located on another planet, impossible to see or affect except by imaginative communications capable of penetrating thickest skulls bunkering brains completely narcotized by fantasies of importance with booster shots of abandoning the citizenry by lifting-off the official residences when trouble looms to hide among the American people, or suaving offshore with world-class cowards, out of sight, nail-biting, mainlining jack comfort, mumbling "dear godseye don't let them see us quivering or our secret pleasures are doomed."
