Dear Mr. Young
I refer to your October 24, 2001 letter to the Department of the Army requesting various dossiers. The Army sent us a copy of its October 24, 2001 response which informed you that they had located some material under the control of other governmental agencies. The material consisted of seven documents from the files of the American Consulate General in Frankfurt relating to the activities of the Belgian CIC in northern Hesse and various "peace" activists in Kassel. We have reviewed the material and have no objection to its declassification and release to you.
Sincerely
Margaret P. Grafeld
Director
