Having last night spoken to Brendan Bourne (editor) about a posting which was clearly being attributed to the Sunday Times, and published on the Cryptome website.

Mr. Bourne promised to call back, I'm still waiting and I assure you, I will not tolerate being fucked around when it involves my safety, security and welfare.

You are more than aware that I have previously complained about a visit to my home by Jonathan Calvert who made a number of malicious, libellous and defamatory statements and comments, which have since been published.

Until Mr Calvert's uninvited visit to my home, none of these falsehoods were uttered, published or aired for public consumption; I took exception to Mr Calvert's malicious accusations then as I do now.

Mr Calvert's falsehoods have been twice published on Cryptome and within the Phoenix Magazine; all of theses accounts bear an exact replica of what Mr Calvert said to me on my doorstep. 

The Phoenix Magazine article mentioned that I had been visited by a journalist, apart from myself, the Police, and the Sunday Times which includes Jonathan Calvert and Liam Clarke - no one was aware that a reporter had called to my home, this clearly suggests inside knowledge and involvement. 

Calvert has confirmed on the day in question he was in direct communication with Liam Clarke.

Added to that no one had any knowledge of what Calvert had said to me during his visit, yet all of the malicious, libellous and defamatory statements and comments appeared in the Phoenix Magazine, how is this possible -- unless Calvert, Clarke and the Sunday Times are directly involved. 

I suspect that the author of the Phoenix article is either Liam Clarke and or Frank Doherty.  

The only conclusion one can possibly arrive at is that Calvert and Clarke were working hand in hand with the Sunday Times who fully intended to publish and spread a vicious and vile pack of absolute rubbish, designed to cause me to suffer loss of life.

What's even more worrying is that after Calvert's visit, Frank Doherty appeared at my home -- regurgitating the same malicious, libellous and defamatory rubbish -- it is clear from what he said that he had been in communication with the Sunday Times.      

It is very clear to me that these attacks are clearly designed to cause me to suffer harm or loss of life, clearly the wording is designed to cause hatred, the language is designed to inspire a segment of the Muslim community to take lethal action against myself, to inspire religious hatred, and to inspire others to commit terrorist actions which would result in my death, you are of course aware that this is a criminal offence.

I totally refute theses malicious false and fabricated allegations which have no basses in fact, and I caution and warn the Sunday Times that if this does not stop, I will resort to legal action prosecuting a claim against the Sunday Times, Liam Clarke, Jonathan Calvert and Frank Doherty and the Phoenix Magazine.     

The publication of these malicious, libellous and defamatory statements and comments amount to nothing but rubbish (lies), which could not in any way be substantiated as they are without any foundation and truth whatsoever.

You have no idea how hurt and insulted I feel by Mr Calvert's comments, then to see them in print again and again, each time they are published I suffer more, perhaps this is your intention -- to cause pain and suffering, then you've achieved your goal.   

I feel that I am now at risk from serious harm as a result of the Sunday Times dissemination of malicious, libellous and defamatory statements and comments, and unless I get a full and unconditional apology and compensation for the distress and suffering caused, I may without further notice instruct solicitors and bring this matter before the courts.

Do not doubt my resolve or my determination to bring an action, or seek an order of protection from the courts, if you fail to understand the gravity of the situation, then be prepared to be educated. You will find I am adversary with an extraordinary ability to fight back, and I assure you in doing so, you will discover that I don't make empty promises, won't give in or give up.

Neither will I allow myself to be threatened, intimidated by Liam Clarke's bully boy tactics, or indeed big business who thinks that they can write any old rubbish and escape the consequences.
